Auriga Core

Postby Mark Sakura » Thu Oct 11, 2018 8:31 pm

I had an idea to try to make a simple frame core that looked good and could be used to field a good-looking squad easily, similar to the Lockon. This is what I came up with, the MCF-17 Auriga

A slight change in the order some of the core pieces are stacked in makes the MCF-17A variant

The Auriga is a bit on the tall side, so I tried some tweaks to give it shorter legs, giving us the MCF-18 Vela

Vela MCF-18C variant. I decided to skip B, just to be different, I suppose.

That's all for now. Hope you like 'em!

Holy crap, Mark!

Just when I thought I was finally safe, you try to kill me again!

My heart can't take this level of excellence in one go, man!

The Vela is my absolute favorite, since I still have my bias for shorter stuff, but I don't think I need to stress even more how I love all of this!

WOW!
I will definitely steal the Auriga core and leg design. Great idea with the double hole tech brick
