Battletech Frames

Postby VF1S » Tue Aug 07, 2018 6:48 pm

Hi Y'all,

I am a huge fan of Battletech and am hoping I can be directed to some LDD files or instructions on how to build Battletech Frames?
This Battletech thing is so exciting I just couldn't give it up. It gets in your blood or something; I don't know.

Yay! Another BattleTech Fan! 8-)

I've built many BattleTech frames and I'll be happy to share some LDD's with you

Micro Jenner IIc LDD

Marauder
Micro Glaug LLD

Locust

I also have a BattleTech Album on my Flickr page if you'd like to see some more, I haven't had the chance to make LDD files on them yet

I hope this helps.

Since this is about how to build a Frame, this properly belongs here.

Hi Mantisking,

Sorry, I will remember for next time. Artasid and VitorFaria amazing Battletech Frames!!! I would love to have LDD for all of them, but I know that can be time consuming. I will take what I can get for now. Thank you both for giving me a glimpse of your Battletech Heaven recreated in MFZ fashion!

It's okay, you're new. Pasukaru76 has a bunch of microscale BT frame designs. He's also done a lot of other designs for MF0.

I wasn't sure if you are still looking for LDD files for some Battlemechs, so here's one I did of 3 different sized Urbanmechs, which include the 7p scale Chub Standard Size, the 4p scale size and the Micro Build size (2p scale maybe?). Why so many? Cuz URBIES WILL RULE THE WORLD!!! lolololol

I hope this helps

Oh yes!

Zeek is truly a master of the classic, the way he made Warhammers, Rifflemans and Longbows out of them is amazing!

It's not a strictly perfect adaption of the Warhammer, but here's my take on it.
