(He's got a lot going on)
My original idea was to have him wearing the station like a sombrero, but it really hurt the character of the figure (and he's an octopus, not a nautilus!) and I didn't have the right round parts anyway. Instead I figured on him clutching the station and hauling it along like a toy, and providing some of the services himself. Hope you enjoy!
