This carrier is one of my newest builds, Ihaven't really come up with any fluff or even a class name, but it is supposed to be a cutting edge vessel. The main drive behind it's design is to stay within the size guidelines, and use the "new" (to me) core of sandwiching two plates stud-to-stud. Also to try and make it look more like a "spaceship" and less like a "ship in space". I did pretty good on those counts, except it still looks a little "naval" I just can't seem to get away from the big conn tower/superstucture sticking off the top. The frame catapaults are stacked on each other through the center of the ship, to represent the system damge the sensor greebles on each side of the bow can be removed. The spotting systems are on the top and bottom of the ship.

That's looking good.
I quite like the "ship in space" look. I guess it's fond memories of Star Blazers/Yamato.
The carrier decks are a great idea.
