I've yet to try it. I was planning to next week, when I get some spare time.

I've seen plenty of digital models, but I'm not sure what programs the majority of people use.

It's okay, but it doesn't allow a few connections that a lot of mecha designers use every day.

LEGO Digital Designer is not my favorite tool.

However, LDRAW is an amazing resource that has much more powerful digital design for both PC and Mac (I use both).

It's nice to be able to design virtually and then just order the parts you need!L

there's a lot of little things about ldd that make it really.frustrating, but it is much much easier to use than a lot of Tue more sophisticated Lego programs put there. I use more to brainstorm and mess with ideas than to actually build things.
