ARC 170

One more homage fighter!

People can say what they want about the Star Wars prequels, but I still hold the position they have some of the best mechanical designs around!

This one here is based on the ARC-170, a beefier predecessor to the X-Wing, with even more "WWII plane IN SPACE" flavor thrown into it.

I'm trying to implement a "bigger fighter" rules complement to Dog Fight, so one could field ships with 4 systems but without the free d6G , mirroring the frigate/cruiser dynamics from IO, but I'm still far from finishing it. One way or another, this would be an example of the bigger size class, noticeable bigger than the usual fighters I post, yet still somewhat in the same order of size magnitude, so it doesn't look out of place.

d6Rd d6Rd Long Bore Plasma Casters
d6Rt d6Rt Aft-Mounted Turret
d6G Engine Cooling Radiator Panels
d6B Autonomous Mechanic Robot
d6W d6W

I'll say, this model does look neat. I think I've commented on that on facebook.

How are the rules for big fighters coming along, by the way?

Thanks a lot, Francisco!

I'll try to finish at least a draft version soon!

I may not be a Prequels fan, however I am a fan of this design you made, looks pretty sweet :)
