Huh! I didn't realise it was based on something, I was only familiar with this build from the instructions PDF.

Really like how it looks IRL. For mechs without a movement system I'd swap out the boosters for 1 x 4 slopes.

The bar/hand on the feet are just to hold it up - if I did a hovering version, I'd lose them and replace with another plate w/tooth on the calf.

Oh, that's super cool. White and gold never ever fails to get me! I'm loving how many opportunities all these new small-scale parts have introduced to the MFZ design lexicon over the past few years.

Yeah - I enjoyed putting the Voltron set together, but was more excited about there being gold padlocks now!

Whoa, stud.io's instruction maker is super easy. I added instructions for the latest to this folder: https://photos.app.goo.gl/udWQvaWVBMwvhLYKA

Thanks! Had a game at the weekend with 4 of the squads. I think I might have to swap the light grey claws at hips for black ones on the latest frame, as they don't seem to hold the grip quite as much.

Is it the type of Tile Clip that's the problem, or is it new versus used?

I always buy clip joints new to get as close a fit as possible. It's a bar w/ claw on a t-bar. The light grey ones aren't quite as tight a fit as the black (I think it might be something like darker colours being "denser" materially - ever noticed that if you have two items of clothing like jeans, one light and one dark, the darker one will be a slightly smaller fit?).
