The Pico Mani MKII

The Pico Mani was designed primarily with maintenance and repair in mind. With its small arms located very close to its optics and sensors. The size of its arms and their placement can make wielding weapons with them a bit awkward. Instead, The Pico Mani ops for mounting weapons on its back. Even when it is equipped with weapons the Pico Mani is not known for its combat prowess. When they do find themselves on the battle field it is typically in a supportive role.

A size comparison of the Pico Mani compared to my Cassowary and a Chub. This little Pico is also equipped with my favorite loadout for these little support mechs: d6Y d6Y d6G d8Rr d8Rr d8Rr

Yeah wow, I totally agree. However in addition to their adorableness there is also a slightly menacing look to them, such as "don't mess with", and I love it! That is a really great leg design. And the color scheme is awesome. Love the little backstory too. Fantastic job! Oh and that Chub looks great, that sword handguard is really kickin. :D

There must be something more to it.
I can't get them to stay in place.

It's fiddly, but I got it working! Very unstable, but tight enough for the scale.

Maybe it requires the newer style of bars that isn't rounded at the end?

Haha YUP!
I saw someone do it with one of the wrenches (similar to how I have it on the grey Mark I) and I thought, "hey I wonder if I could do this with a claw?"

As you pointed out, its not very stable. adjusting them can be a bit tough, and they tend to pop out when you try and rotate them. But I really like the look of it and I usually don't equip their hands with weapons.

Use your index finger and thumb, clasp the leg at the top (closest to the hip joint), pull away from the hip. That's how I do it!
