SSC: Mixel orange tribe triple threat.

All three orange Mixels as Single Set Challenges.
These are, from left to right, made from 41516 Tentro, 41517 Balk, and 41515 Kraw.

Number one AKA Gigan ended up looking more like a kaiju with that scissor-mouth and big radar domes/eyes, but I intended him as a dual-cockpit industrial scrap-loader.

Number two AKA Habanero is a flamethrower specialist with lots of fuel lines and armoured tanks. Blue dice from those big heat shields at the front. I like this one a lot and I've a few ideas about turning it into a more refined build. I'm soft on heavily armoured firebugs.

Number two AKA Thorax was the biggest pain to build - the source mixel has only two pieces with studs in more than one direction and they're both large, unwieldy brackets. I ended up using them for an asymmetric core and building out from it. Blue dice from that lovely carapace, green from the legs and "wings" and pair of direct-fire cannon. A strange combination of speed and survivability. If I made a proper frame based on this, I'd try and give it some sensors, or at least some SSR mounts.

Really like these frame designs, as SSCs or otherwise; well done, Lorc!

Well done! I especially like your Balk as the original build suggests a quad (as it's a tripod) and you managed a nice humanoid bi-ped. NPU on the tentacles too.
