The mkII Meerkat is the evolution of the original Meerkats used by the early members of the Trident. Put into production by Orion Heavy Industries, it is the choice mobile frame of the Orion Milita.

Slick look and great posability, it looks like. I like the shoulder attachment--missile launcher? Sensors?

those are SSRs, although you could put a lot of things on those mounts. and yeah this guy is pretty posable. thanks!

I notice a hinge connection at the rear of the cockpit - does that allow the cockpit to open?

Actually, it positions the entire cockpit on top of the torso. :D

Ah, I was looking at the entire bit - dark bley hinge plate + two slope tiles - as the "canopy," and was wondering if that actually hinged up to let the pilot into the tan enclosure.
