Introducing the Hanger! (Start the Confusion!)

So, I wanted to explore a bit of an alternative cockpit design where it sort of under the carriage of a frame which has led to this quad I am about to show you all. Though I think I have maybe some more ideas to explore on this.

I love this one! The under "hanger" is a cool idea. I also like the last picture you posted as a "base" for more specialized models (i.e., "scout" or "hit and run" or "rapid deploy artillery"). Good job.

i like the clear and clean design!

BUT as a wargamer I often find myself painting minis and thinking: "That part is on the underside of the mini. nobody is going to see it while the mini is on the table and the players are standing a meter away. just dont bother painting it." :oops:

This might apply here too?

Except it one big LEGO piece that still visible, even if on the table. Also my War gaming days I am painting everything because I would know.

I absolutely LOVE this build! Not only is It clean, simple, easy to make, it looks totally gangbusters. That red eye against the clear blue underhanging cockpit and white frame is gorgeous. Love this thing all the way, one of my top favs from you. Would love to see this as an actual build. Awesome work!
